Terms & Conditions
Need a University transcript for CEUs?
In Richmond, Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is pleased to offer Keys to Unlocking Educational Success Webinar participants continuing education units for participating in this online learning event. Go to: https://ocpe.vcu.edu/contact/ for more information. The total cost is $30 for up to .6 CEU credits for listening to all 6 one hour webinars.
A CEU is a uniform unit of measurement for noncredit continuing education activities. One CEU is defined as ten contact hours of participation in an approved CEU event. For example, for this webinar event, you will receive .6 CEU credits for listening to all 6 one hour webinars. Note: the CEU does not equate to regular university undergraduate or graduate credit.
This webinar series is prerecorded and available on our website. Determination of valid contact hours is at the discretion of the Margaret Byrd Rawson Institute. Note: Flexible CEU start dates and Webinar replays are available continuously so that you can listen at your convenience!
The CEU provides a means of recording an individual's successful completion of various continuing education activities, allowing students to accumulate and transfer continuing education records throughout their lives. It is solely up to outside certifying agencies, not VCU, to accept or decline VCU's CEUs for certification or licensure renewal.
Participants must complete an evaluation form requiring the participant to write, in sentence format, three learning 'takeaways' from the webinar series referencing specific speakers. This evaluation form will be made available to those signing up for CEU credit. You can request and send the evaluation form to email@example.com.
Your official CEU transcript will be available once everything is completed and correctly filed with VCU. For instructions on finding and printing your transcript, visit the VCU Office of Continuing and Professional Education website at ocpe.vcu.edu.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CEUs purchased individually or in a group.
